Angela Burghold started in 2007 as Principal in the HR consultancy Ising International Consulting in Munich. Since 2018 she is a Managing Partner and continues to advise in the Patent and Legal division.

Prior to that, she spent seven years as a consultant at the personnel agency for patent professionals in Augsburg, Germany.

After successfully graduating with a degree in business administration, Angela Burghold began her professional career in 1985 as a personnel officer at KUKA Schweißanlagen + Roboter GmbH, Augsburg. After four years, she advanced to Bavaria Film Studios in Munich, which she left as deputy personnel manager to build her career in executive search.
