Edgar van Mark was a founding partner of Ising International Consulting in 1999 and held the position of Managing Partner until the end of 2014. Today, Edgar van Mark is a senior partner at Ising. Prior to that, he worked in executive search at Ward Howell since 1992, and from 1995 as partner and managing partner.

After studying law in Munich and Geneva, concluded with a legal clerkship and 2nd state examination in Munich, as well as international work as a lawyer in Canada and France, Mr. van Mark was Head of Legal and Human Resources in a public limited company in the electronics industry and in a company in the construction industry.

n his last operative management function before HR consulting, he was head of personnel at Süddeutscher Verlag in Munich.
