Dr. Alexander Leopold started in 2007 as a Principal in the HR consultancy Ising International Consulting, and has been working as Managing Director since 2010 and as Managing Partner since 2018.

Dr. Alexander Leopold studied chemistry at the Technical University of Munich from 1994 - 1999 and then worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry from 2000 - 2003 as part of his doctoral thesis.

After successfully completing his doctorate, he decided to take on a challenge in management consulting. From 2003 - 2006 he worked as a strategy consultant at Accenture in the areas of "Resources" and "Communication and High-Tech". 2006 - 2007 he subsequently advised a Swiss company in the area of "Marketing & Sales“.
